CarePlus Pharmacy was founded in 2024 by Dr. Mona Farghaly, a pharmacist and healthcare leader with over 23 years of experience in mental health and patient care. Throughout her career, Dr. Farghaly worked with many organizations and witnessed firsthand how individuals in underserved communities—especially those living with complex health conditions—often struggle to receive the attention, empathy, and continuity of care they truly deserve.
Out of that experience and deep compassion for patients, CarePlus Pharmacy was born — built on a simple yet powerful belief: that every person deserves not just care, but a plus of care.
