Dr. Mona Farghaly, Founder and President of CarePlus Pharmacy, brings over 23 years of experience in mental health and patient-centered care. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to advocating for individuals in underserved communities—especially those living with complex and chronic health conditions who often face barriers to quality care.
Driven by her belief that every patient deserves not just care, but a plus of care, Dr. Farghaly founded CarePlus Pharmacy in 2024 to redefine what compassionate pharmacy care means.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Farghaly is a devoted mother of six boys, whose strength, empathy, and resilience continue to inspire her mission to make healthcare more human, accessible, and compassionate.
